Job Description Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Oversee project schedules and budgets to meet established goals. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to address project needs. Review and manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support procurement processes for materials and equipment as needed. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Work on projects across sectors such as K-12, municipal, higher education, healthcare, and mixed commercial. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with construction project management in the property industry. Familiarity with sectors like K-12, municipal, higher education, healthcare, or mixed commercial. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project aspects. Knowledge of construction documentation and procedures. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
