Hiring for a Client - Altrus.ai Roles & Responsibilities What you'll do What we're looking for Lead a team of business analysts in our Hyderabad office — shaping solutions, setting the standard for delivery, and turning complex business problems into clear outcomes. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts — setting direction, reviewing work, and building capability across the team. Own requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for key initiatives, ensuring quality and consistency of BA deliverables. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to bring solutions to life and remove blockers. Define and drive BA best practices, standards, templates, and process improvements. Oversee testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off across workstreams. Champion data-informed decision-making and clear, actionable communication. Ideal Candidate 1 Strong Lead Business Analyst Profile with team leadership experience 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including team lead or people-management experience 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have proven ability to lead and mentor analysts and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders 4 Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have owned requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation end-to-end for key initiatives, ensuring quality and consistency of BA deliverables 5 Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows with senior stakeholders 6 Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience defining and driving BA best practices, standards, templates, and process improvements 7 Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience overseeing testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off across workstreams 8 Mandatory (Experience 7): Must have basic knowledge of Python,PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB,GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab 9 Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. 10 Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities, with a data-informed decision-making approach 11 Mandatory (Company): B2B Tech consulting/B2B Tech services/AI Tech consulting companies 12 Mandatory (Shift): Must be willing to support calls during EST hours (this is an EST-based project) 13 Preferred (Tools): Hands-on experience with Unqork or other low-code / no-code platforms 14 Preferred (Domain): Background in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector
