This person will be part of a small team that services a massive commercial building that contains lots of perishable food.
Key Focus Areas:Maintenance - HVACR systems, inspections, motors, compressorsRepair - diagnose issues, repair components, fine tuningSystem Upgrades - increase efficiency and performanceDocumentation - maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
Experience:5+ years of professional experience in HVACStrong experience working on commercial propertiesknowledge of electrical and plumbing systems as they relate to HVACR
