Hiring: Senior Manager – NFP Audit

Locations: Bengaluru | Kolkata | Hyderabad

Experience: 12–15 Years

Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA

We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Not-for-Profit (NFP) Audit to lead and manage audit engagements for U.S.-based nonprofit organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with global teams on complex audit engagements while leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements for nonprofit organizations, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Perform audits in accordance with US GAAP, GAGAS, and OMB Uniform Guidance (Single Audit) .
• Review financial statements and audit documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage multiple audit engagements while meeting client deadlines.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with U.S. engagement teams and leadership on audit planning, issue resolution, and project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, review major programs, and perform compliance testing under Single Audit requirements.
• Drive operational excellence, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of progressive audit experience in a medium-to-large public accounting firm.
• Strong expertise in nonprofit audits and OMB Uniform Guidance (Single Audit) .
• Hands-on experience with US GAAP (ASC 958) and nonprofit accounting.
• Experience auditing higher education institutions, social service organizations, religious organizations, and similar nonprofit entities.
• Strong leadership, people management, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Big 4 experience is an added advantage.
