Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function. Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports. Manage taxation, GST, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
