• Define data migration strategy (Master Data, Open Items, Historical Data)
• Data carve-out and consolidation strategy
• Legacy data retention and archival approach
• Data reconciliation and validation framework
• Mock conversion and cutover architecture
• Lead Design Authority workshops
• Review solution designs from functional streams
• Govern architecture decisions and exceptions
• Manage architecture RAIDs
• Present solution strategy to CIO, Enterprise Architects, and Steering Committees

Mandatory Skills:

• 15+ years of experience
• End-to-end ECC to S/4HANA architecture design
• Brownfield, Greenfield, and Bluefield transformation approaches
• SAP Activate methodology
