Our large-scale residential, industrial, and farmhouse projects are strategically located in Kharkhoda, Haryana, within the DMIC Corridor and adjacent to the Maruti Suzuki manufacturing hub.

As we accelerate our expansion, we're looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who can drive results, build high-performing teams, and lead from the front.

What You'll Do

✅ Drive monthly sales targets for residential, industrial, and farmhouse plots.

✅ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 4–8 Pre-Sales & Closing Executives.

✅ Build and manage a strong Channel Partner network across Delhi NCR and Haryana.

✅ Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to booking and registration.

✅ Conduct daily sales reviews, monitor CRM pipelines, and improve team performance.

✅ Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

✅ Manage site visits, client negotiations, and premium customer relationships.

✅ Prepare weekly MIS reports for leadership.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3–7 years of experience in residential or plotted real estate sales.

✔️ Proven experience leading and achieving sales targets.

✔️ Strong Channel Partner network in Delhi NCR/Haryana.

✔️ Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar).

✔️ Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and team coaching skills.

✔️ Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed CTC: ₹8–12 LPA

Attractive Incentives: 0.5–1% per booking (Average ₹15,000–₹40,000 per deal)
