MTLC Building Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. If you know how to keep projects moving, solve problems that may arise, and build strong relationships along the way, we’d like to meet you.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in tenant build-outs, renovations, and small- to mid-sized ground-up construction who can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. (And if you’re a high performer in doing so, you’ll be especially interested in our bonus structure—one you’ve likely not seen.)

How You’ll Make an ImpactAs an MTLC Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of your projects and help lead them from preconstruction through completion. You’ll work closely with customers, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and the MTLC team to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and moving in the right direction.
On a typical project, you’ll:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutBuild strong relationships with customers and understand their plans, priorities, and expectationsProvide accurate estimates and prepare project budgets and bidsThoroughly assess subcontractor bidsDevelop project schedules, along with staging, logistics, and phasing plansCoordinate with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partnersCommunicate daily with MTLC superintendents to stay ahead of project progress, performance, and potential issuesMonitor project financials and budgets throughout constructionSolve problems, manage conflicts, and keep projects moving forwardDeliver the level of service and quality that keeps customers coming back to MTLC
