This position specifically covers the US nationwide. Domestic travel to multiple customers required.This role is ideal for engineers who value structured service environments, disciplined troubleshooting, and meaningful technical impact.

What You’ll Do
Lead structured preventive and corrective maintenance executionDiagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues using a systematic troubleshooting methodologyIdentify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actionsServe as primary customer technical liaison, clearly communicating risks, status, and mitigation plansAct as site-level escalation resource for advanced technical challengesCoordinate effectively with global engineering and factory resources when requiredMentor early-career engineers and technicians, supporting structured upskill developmentContribute to documentation improvements and knowledge capture effortsSupport installation and removal activities as required
