Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, SAP ECC and SAP RISE – Private Cloud Edition .

The role involves end-to-end ownership of SAP Finance projects and changes, including solution design, configuration, integration, implementation, stakeholder management, go-live/hypercare and production support .

The ideal candidate should have specialized experience in SAP FICA / BRIM / Convergent Invoicing , along with strong SAP Finance architecture and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Own SAP Finance projects and changes from planning through go-live and hypercare . Design and configure scalable SAP FI/CO solutions. Lead enterprise/global template and organizational structure setup. Conduct SAP RISE Explore phase workshops and help define enterprise standards. Configure and support SAP Finance processes across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and CO-PA . Configure Bank Communication Management (BCM) and Intercompany Accounting processes. Lead/support FICA / BRIM / Convergent Invoicing implementations. Support integration of high-volume billing data into the General Ledger . Design and support integration with third-party, legacy and external digital systems. Work with SAP Business Partner, FI-GL and payment-related integrations. Analyze issues, manage incidents and implement changes. Train key users and provide key-user support. Identify opportunities for process and delivery improvements. Manage senior stakeholders and conduct technical presentations for non-technical audiences. Support day-to-day production operations and incident resolution.

SAP Finance Core

Strong hands-on experience with:

FICA / BRIM At least one full-cycle FICA or BRIM / Convergent Invoicing implementation . Understanding of high-volume billing data flow into SAP General Ledger .

Integration & Stakeholder Management Integration of SAP FI with legacy systems and external digital interfaces . Data mapping across FI-GL, Business Partners and payment gateways . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to drive discussions, derive decisions and conclude stakeholder discussions.
