Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our DPS Arcadis business. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of highly specialized engineering, technical, project management, and consulting professionals supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, advanced manufacturing, industrial, and capital project environments.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, leading recruitment efforts for critical and hard-to-fill positions while helping drive sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, employer branding, and workforce planning initiatives.
Role accountabilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.Recruit for technical and professional services positions including:Process EngineersProject EngineersCQV EngineersAutomation & Controls EngineersValidation SpecialistsProject ManagersProgram ManagersProcess Development ScientistsConstruction ManagersProject Controls ProfessionalsFacilities & Utilities EngineersDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, referrals, industry associations, networking events, and direct sourcing techniques.Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.Conduct candidate screening, qualification assessments, and interview coordination.Drive talent market intelligence and provide insights on compensation, hiring trends, and competitor activity.Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Support diversity recruiting initiatives and employer branding activities.Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Mentor junior recruiting team members and share recruiting best practices.Support special projects, process improvements, and recruiting initiatives as needed.Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or Engineering Consulting sectors.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting technical, engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, or project-based consulting professionals.Demonstrated success filling high-volume and niche technical positions.Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting staff augmentation, project delivery, or consulting businesses.Knowledge of CQV, Automation, Validation, Process Engineering, Capital Projects, and Life Sciences operations.Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring across North America.Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
