• Create modern, mobile-first, vertical content for YouTube, Instagram & Facebook
• Shoot and edit 12–15 short-form videos/Reels per month .
• Feature in UGC videos and create farmer focussed content (candid stills, testimonials, retailer advocacy, crop/field stories, product demos and expert content) .
• Identify interesting stories and content opportunities independently, maintain the calendar.
• Take the Farms to all India digitally by ensuring daily flow of field content so social channels remain active and connected to what is happening on ground.
• Travel as needed across assigned territories with the field team.
