Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Front-End Developer with 6+ years of experience in building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js , Next.js , Tailwind CSS , and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service . Basic knowledge of backend development and AEM backend components is desirable to effectively collaborate with full-stack and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js , Next.js , and Tailwind CSS .
• Build and customize components, templates, and client libraries in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
• Work with AEM as a Cloud Service to develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Integrate front-end applications with AEM content and backend services.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities for AEM Cloud.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Front-End development.
• Strong expertise in React.js .
• Strong experience with Next.js .
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS .
• Solid experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
• Experience working with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEM Cloud) .
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills

• Basic backend development knowledge.
• Understanding of Java , Sling Models , OSGi , and HTL (Sightly) .
• Experience with AEM Dispatcher and CDN concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
