Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Hindi and Sanskrit Educator to join our team of forward-thinking professionals. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience teaching Hindi and Sanskrit in progressive schools and must be competent in the following areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Mastery: Develop interactive, creative, and research-based lesson plans that instill a love for the language and its literature.
• Curriculum Implementation: Smoothly implement progressive pedagogical practices, NEP 2020 guidelines, and NCF frameworks in the teaching-learning process.
• Student-Centric Approach: Ensure academic excellence by developing innovative, student-centric pedagogies that promote deep reading, effective listening, and creative writing skills.
• Technology Integration: Align self with the existing progressive pedagogical tools, smart-boards, and Google platforms.
• Classroom Management: Manage workload and time effectively without compromising teaching-learning quality and productivity. Create visually appealing board decorations and engaging sessions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable diction and fluency in Hindi.
• Mindset: High energy levels, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset with non-resistance to change.

Qualification:

• Graduate (Hindi or Sanskrit)
• Have completed B.Ed
• CTET Qualified
