Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for software and websites.

Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.

Monitor system performance and ensure security and efficiency.

Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

Assist employees with IT-related issues remotely.

Maintain documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical problems.
