This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician with strong maintenance and fault-finding experience to work across a range of commercial and industrial environments.What's in it for you?25 days annual leaveOpportunity to purchase up to 5 additional daysBranded commercial vehicle and fuel cardFree virtual GP and Employee Assistance ProgrammeLong service and recognition awardsMi Deals - savings at high street storesBike2Work SchemeAccess to 200+ learning and development coursesExcellent career development opportunitiesThe RoleAs an Mobile Multiskilled Technician, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across electrical systems and building services throughout Northern Ireland.Duties will include:Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenanceFault-finding and repairing distribution boards, motors, pumps, emergency lighting and electrical plantWorking with building management systems (BMS)Supporting mechanical maintenance including HVAC, pumps, valves and air handling unitsCarrying out basic plumbing and fabric maintenanceCompleting work in accordance with BS 7671, Mitie standards and statutory requirementsCompleting accurate maintenance records and service reportsProviding excellent customer service across client sitesParticipating in an on-call rota approximately one week in every 4-5 weeksWorking independently and as part of a wider maintenance teamFollowing all Health & Safety and compliance proceduresEssential CriteriaNVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance18th EditionPrevious electrical maintenance and fault-finding experienceStrong problem-solving and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood computer literacy, including Word and ExcelWillingness to participate in an on-call rotaDesirable CriteriaExperience within facilities management, commercial or industrial building servicesExperience using computerised PPM systems such as MaximoAdditional InformationThe successful candidate will travel across Northern Ireland and will be provided with a branded commercial vehicle and fuel card.If you are a qualified and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a permanent opportunity with a leading facilities management organisation, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
