Salesforce Communications Cloud Order Management Architect

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Salesforce Communications Cloud Order Management Architect for a 12-month contract engagement running in the ANZ time zone. You'll be leading the architecture and design of order management solutions built on Communications Cloud, covering order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfilment across a telco product stack. The role is remote-friendly, but we have a preference for candidates based in ANZ. If you're outside the region, you'll need to be comfortable with ANZ business hours and open to travel when the project requires it. We need someone who has designed and delivered Communications Cloud OM end-to-end, not someone who has worked adjacent to it.
