About the Role We are seeking an experienced Architect with minimum 5 years of experienc e to join our Ahmedabad office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on design and execution of large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will combine design excellence, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, multi-disciplinary developments. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation materials. Prepare architectural drawings, plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings. Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using industry-standard software. Support project teams in design coordination and documentation throughout various project stages. Participate in site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors. Research materials, building systems, construction methodologies, and relevant codes and regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions. Assist in client presentations and project discussions as required. Stay informed about emerging architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M.Arch) Minim um 5 years of professional experie nce in architectural design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Experience with rendering and visualization software such as Lumion or similar tools is an advantage Understanding of building regulations, construction techniques, and industry standards Core Competencies Strong design sensibility and visualization skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in fast paced environment Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines Passion for sustainable, innovative, and human-centered design Why Join INI Design Studio Work on a diverse portfolio of national and international projects.
