Household Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

This role is 5 days a week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, transportation, and itineraries.Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and general communications.Organize and maintain files, documents, records, and confidential information.Assist with errands, personal tasks, shopping, deliveries, and other day-to-day needs.Coordinate with vendors, service providers, clients, and other contacts.Schedule and oversee household or office services as needed.Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.Track expenses, receipts, invoices, and basic budgets.Help prioritize tasks and ensure important deadlines and commitments are met.Support special projects, events, and other assignments as requested.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:Previous experience in personal assistance, administrative support, executive assistance, hospitality, or a related field preferred.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.Professional, reliable, flexible, and solutions-oriented.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendars, email, and other common productivity tools.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. xzbcwsv Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the position.
