Manager - Mid Office and Risk

Daily monitoring and reporting of regulatory limits
Review of Security and other master setup on daily and periodic basis
Mid office reporting to Parent Company & Regulators on periodic basis
Adherence to Investment guidelines and highlighting key risk on regular basis
Evaluate credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and other relevant risk factors.
Develop and maintain risk monitoring tools to track key risk indicators.
Post trade review like VWAP review, monitor market participation etc
Calculation and review performance attribution for equity & debt schemes
Calculating and reviewing performance ratios such as Share Ratio, Trenor Ratio, Information Ratio, Jenson Alpha, Capture ratio etc
Calculation of key risk parameters like VAR, Key ratios and stress testing of portfolio
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure the organization's adherence to relevant laws and standards.
Assist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities and participate in regulatory audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather risk data and to design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate the organization's resilience under adverse conditions.
Preparing the Board presentation, Committee meeting packs and regulatory meetings presentation
Assisting the team in implementation of new investment system

Desired qualifications & Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics along with master degree or equivalent ( MBA, CA, CFA and FRM)
2-4 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the mutual fund, mor Insurance sector
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within other functions.
