Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant (Inter CA) to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and the ability to work closely with leadership for strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings Handle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities Maintain proper documentation and accounting records Support financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making Manage payroll accounting and ensure timely salary processing Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders Assist in improving financial processes and implementing controls Qualifications & Requirements: Intermediate CA (IPCC cleared) – Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus Key Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks High level of integrity and confidentiality Why Join Us: Opportunity to work closely with leadership (CTO) Dynamic and growth-oriented environment Exposure to strategic financial decision-making
