Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s customer base. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee market research to identify trends, and work towards achieving revenue targets. They will also be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events to strengthen its brand presence.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other productivity software
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to a dynamic business environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the laundry or service industry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
