Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Lincoln, NE. 
 
Job Details: 
Schedule:  Full-Time | 8 Hours Per Day | Monday to Friday | 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location:  Lincoln, NE, 68510
Float / Coverage Area: Local Travel required
Job Type: Local contract 
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Pay Range: $48.00 to $51.00/hour*
Mileage Reimbursement Rate (if applicable): $0.50/ mile
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: Complete comprehensive patient assessments, including Start of Care (SOC), Recertifications, Resumption of Care (ROC), and Discharge visits.Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized Plans of Care (POC) in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, venipuncture, IV care, catheter management, medication administration, disease management, and patient education.Maintain accurate clinical documentation utilizing Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and ensure compliance with Medicare, payer, and agency requirements.Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and home health aides to ensure continuity and quality of care.Participate in on-call rotations and interdisciplinary team meetings as required.Requirements: Active State Registered Nurse (RN) License.Minimum 2+ years of Home Health experience.OASIS Experience Required.Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Experience Required.Current CPR Certification.Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance.1-2 years of RN experience in a clinical care setting.Interested?
