Advanced Java Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, debugging, and supporting scalable backend applications. Exposure to front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React , along with knowledge of AWS/Cloud technologies , is highly desirable.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business-critical applications, implementing business logic, integrating databases and driving standard design and deployment practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Develop and implement complex business logic based on functional requirements.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Advanced Java technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues across development, testing and production environments.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support application deployment, monitoring and production issue resolution.
• Drive standard design, development and deployment patterns across projects.
• Contribute to cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Advanced Java
• Experience with should have knowledge on:
• Spring Framework
• Spring Boot
• RESTful APIs and Microservices
• JDBC, JPA, Hibernate
• Okta or OIM or Sailpoint or PING
