Spa Therapist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role based at Shangri-La Bengaluru. The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, in line with brand standards and hygiene guidelines. The role includes welcoming guests, conducting consultations to identify individual needs, and recommending appropriate treatments and home-care products. The Spa Therapist will maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to a high standard of cleanliness and readiness, manage appointment schedules, and ensure accurate recording of services. The role also involves promoting spa services, collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience, and adhering to all health, safety, and wellness protocol
