Liaison architect

About the Role

Looking for a creative and experienced Lead Liason Architect to join our client's team. As a Liason Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings and structures.

Responsibilities:

Appointment and Coordination with liaison architects, Design consultants for the project Supervise Designing, Detailing Working Drawing, BOQ-Quantity & Estimation of Interior & Architecture Coordinate with regulatory agencies on need basis Work with management to determine design requirements Appointing Various Agencies for Project Execution Area Working, Feasibility & Efficiency Working Co-Coordinating with Client, Contractors, Consultants & Vendors Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations Collaborate with other architects and engineers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (preferably with Developers)

Required Skills:

Thorough understanding of DCPR and local by laws Strong skills in Project strategy finalisation & Coordination Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and other design software Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
