Customer Service RepresentativeMasis Professional Group is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and patient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Worcester. We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude to every interaction, enjoys talking with people, and knows how to stay calm and helpful—even when a customer is frustrated or a situation gets a little challenging.If you're someone who is pleasant, approachable, patient, and not easily flustered, this could be a great opportunity for you. You'll assist customers with questions, help resolve concerns, and make sure every person you speak with feels heard, respected, and taken care of.We can teach you the process—we're looking for the personality that makes customers want to come back.Bilingual preferred.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and emails and respond to questions in a timely and professional mannerAssist customers with service requests, account questions, scheduling, and general inquiriesResolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessaryEnter and maintain accurate customer information and service detailsCommunicate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled appropriatelyFollow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are resolvedPerform general administrative and data-entry responsibilitiesUse Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar managementMaintain a professional and positive customer experienceQualificationsPrevious customer service experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, friendly, and solution-oriented approachStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft OutlookExperience with CurbWaste software is a plus, but not required.
