We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive!!

Are you passionate about driving business growth in the energy industry? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive end-to-end business development activities, from lead generation to deal closure.

* Handle tender identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up to maximize business opportunities.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

* Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.

* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

* Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in Business Development within the Energy, Renewable Energy, or Power sector.

* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve revenue targets.

* Hands-on experience in tender management, including bid preparation and submission.

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Good to Have Skills:

* Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

* Exposure to EPC projects, renewable energy solutions, or utility-scale energy projects.

* Knowledge of government tenders, procurement processes, and industry regulations.
