Company: Tektora, supporting a leading Defence and National Security IT providerTektora are supporting a leading Defence and National Security IT provider who are looking to speak with DV Cleared 4th Line Cloud Support Engineers for a contract opportunity supporting a high profile user community alongside an established team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers.This role would suit someone with extensive cloud administration experience across VMware and Broadcom technologies who is comfortable handling complex escalations and is looking to develop further across automation, resilience design and technical leadership.The RoleYou will be involved in:Responding to complex escalations from 3rd Line engineersAssisting in Problem Management investigation and root cause analysisExtensive work with VMware products and associated monitoringCreating opportunities to automate manual tasks to drive efficiency and reduce downtimeIdentifying single points of failure and designing resilience into the serviceManaging obsolescence across applications and operating systemsCollaborative working with the Management TeamDaily contact with customers and stakeholders through the IT Service Management toolsetManaging high profile senior escalations and requestsKey Experience RequiredUK Sole National with active DV ClearanceExtensive cloud administration experience using tools such as Broadcom SDDC Manager, vCenter and ESXiEvent management tooling such as SCOM or SolarWindsCloud capacity management, for example Aria OperationsStrong understanding of Active Directory Domain Services, Windows Server 2019 or newer, and DNSExperience of virtual networking in a cloud-based environmentExperience working in a multi-tenant environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to take on technical leadership activitiesITSM tooling and processesKnowledge of ITIL processesKnowledge of Agile methodologiesScripting for automation, for example PowerShell or PythonPrevious delivery within a secure or Defence environmentInterested?Tektora are looking to speak with DV Cleared 4th Line Cloud Support Engineers who are open to contract opportunities and keen to develop further across cloud infrastructure and secure service delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
