Finance executive

Looking for a Finance Executive to managed day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, and reporting. This person would be responsible to analyse operational costs (like fuel and MRO), reconcile complex transactions (such as aircraft leases and cargo), and support strategic route profitability and liquidity management.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reconciliation: Handle daily general ledger tasks, bank reconciliations, and process vendor and customer invoices.
Lease & Asset Management: Assist with aircraft, engine, and property lease agreements, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards.
Cost & Revenue Analysis: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, monitor Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) billing, and analyse operational costs.
Fly wise costing Analysis : Each Fly real-time costing P&L and consolidation of P&L
Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, and cross-border currency regulations).
Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial closes and prepare necessary documentation
Key Interfaces
Internal: Collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and align financial processes.
External: Interaction with lessors, vendors, and maintenance service providers to ensure contractual compliance and smooth execution of transactions.
Ideal Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (B. Com, M. Com, MBA-Finance)
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance or accounting.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and specialized accounting software like Tally ERP, Quick Books etc.
Aviation Knowledge: Understanding of aviation-specific financial processes such as MRO transactions, fuel hedging, and fleet acquisitions is a strong advantage
