You will assist patients, caregivers, and hospital staff by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth support experience. Responsibilities: Respond to patient and caregiver inquiries via phone, email & chat with empathy and professionalism. Assist with appointment scheduling, billing queries, insurance claims, and service-related concerns. Validate documentation with insurance agencies and ensure compliance with claim processes. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM or hospital
