We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale 100 MW power-generation project supporting a data center in El Paso, TX.

What We’re Looking ForStrong electrical superintendent leadership experienceJourneyman-level electrical backgroundHigh-voltage experience, including 25–35 kV systemsPower-generation experienceLarge EPC and/or heavy industrial construction experienceElectrical installation and underground utility experiencePre-commissioning and commissioning experienceExperience managing field crews, subcontractors, xzbcwsv schedules, productivity, safety, and qualityProcore experienceOSHA 10 minimumNFPA 70E preferredBilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
