Assistant Manager D2C Fulfillment, Customer Service & Planning Support - META

The Opportunity The role will manage D2C fulfillment operations for META markets, with a strong focus on GCC D2C execution, customer service support, B2B order follow-up, planning coordination, Excel-based templates, and data management. This is a hands-on execution role. The candidate must be strong in daily follow-up, order tracking, customer communication, warehouse/3PL coordination, Excel reporting, template management and data accuracy. Job Responsibilities 1. D2C Fulfillment Operations Manage daily D2C order flow from order receipt to dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with warehouse, 3PL, courier and last-mile partners. Track pending orders, delivery delays, missed pickups, returns and RTO. Support UAE D2C operations, including coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
