We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Endocrinologist to join a growing outpatient healthcare organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative ambulatory setting.

What You’ll Do:Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, metabolic disorders, adrenal conditions, and hormonal imbalancesDevelop individualized treatment plans focused on evidence-based care and long-term disease managementOrder and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory studiesEducate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication management, nutrition, and preventive health strategiesBuild long-term relationships with patients while promoting continuity of careProvide culturally sensitive and compassionate care to a diverse patient populationWork closely with primary care providers, specialists, nurses, educators, and care coordinatorsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programsMaintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified or Board Eligible in EndocrinologyActive New York State medical license or eligibility for licensureDEA license or eligibilityStrong communication and patient engagement skillsBilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
