Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstration

• Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
• Explain technical features and benefits effectively.

2. Project Management (Customer-wise)

• Manage customer-specific projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate required actions across all departments to ensure timely delivery.

3. Sales Tools Development

• Create, review, and refine sales tools and presentations.
• Ensure tools are aligned with product updates and customer needs.

4. Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Regularization

• Implement and regularize ECN processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication of changes.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Track Daily Call Reports (DCR) and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare troubleshooting guides and provide technical support documentation.

6. Customer Acceptance Tests

• Attend CFAT (Customer Factory Acceptance Test) and VFAT (Vendor Factory Acceptance Test).
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements during testing phases.

7. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Develop troubleshooting guides for common product issues.

Minimum 2+ Years Exp in Machinery Manufacturing Industry
