We are currently hiring for Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Lead for global healthcare and health insurance domain. Job Location is Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Cloud EPM Planning implementation and optimization initiatives
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable reporting and planning solutions
• Drive enterprise reporting governance and process improvements
• Partner with business leaders, product teams, and developers to deliver strategic solutions
• Provide leadership in reporting, analytics, dashboard oversight, and stakeholder engagement
• Support UAT, functional documentation, and business process transformation initiatives

Experience & Qualification:

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Certification
• Power BI & Dashboard Governance
• PeopleSoft Reporting Tools (PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, Pivot Grid, Elastic Search/Kibana)
• Cognos Reporting
• Coupa Reporting
• SDLC, UAT, and Functional Documentation Expertise.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Business Analysis, Analytics, or related domains
• 4+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning experience
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Grants Module
• Enterprise Reporting & Governance experience
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with strong consulting skills
• Experience leading complex reporting and planning initiatives
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business transformation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
