Global Tax & Treasury VP for SaaS Growth

MRI Software seeks a strategic, hands-on Vice President, Tax to build and lead a global tax function for a growing SaaS platform. The role transitions tax activities from external providers to an internal center of excellence, driving governance, controls and scalable tax processes across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

The VP, Tax will oversee global tax planning, compliance, reporting, and tax provision, while supporting the company’s growth, acquisitions, and treasury coordination.
