We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading private-sector bank in Hyderabad.

Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 0–2 Years,

Education: Any Graduation

Salary: Up to ₹ 4.6 LPA

Freshers: Up to ₹ 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through calls and email

* Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses

* Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

* Handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism

* Support initiatives to improve customer experience and service delivery

Required Skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Good understanding of banking products and processes

* Proficiency in typing and MS Office

* Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality service

Important Eligibility

B. Tech freshers are not eligible for this requirement.

B. Tech candidates with prior Customer Support experience are eligible.
