Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, introducing brokers and potential clients for integration into the company. Develop business strategies with a focus on meeting client needs and expectations. Stay current with industry trends and developments, including tracking competition, and provide strategic recommendations to management. Build and sustain strong professional relationships with both existing and potential clients. Provide timely and effective support to CPA/IB partners as needed. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure business objectives and targets are achieved in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the brokerage or financial services industry. Consistent record of achieving sales targets, with measurable accomplishments being highly valued. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and emerging trends. Solid understanding of market dynamics and current industry developments.
