Whether you're an experienced diesel technician or a mechanic ready to transition into diesel work, we'd like to hear from you.

May's Fleet Sales & Service is a trusted Central New York shop specializing in medium-duty commercial truck repair and maintenance. We service Class 3 through Class 8 diesel trucks for local and regional fleet customers, handling meaningful diagnostic work and repairs that keep every day varied. Our shop is modern, clean, heated, and well equipped. We're a close-knit team, and we work a consistent Monday–Friday, first-shift schedule.

We're hiring two types of candidates:

• Experienced Technicians — If you bring substantial diesel truck experience and strong diagnostic skills, we'll compensate you for your expertise. Experienced technicians earn $30–$45/hour and have the independence to perform high-level work in a shop that values their knowledge.
• Developing Technicians — If you have solid mechanical experience and are newer to diesel, we encourage you to apply. Starting pay is $22–$28/hour, with a clear path for advancement as your diesel skills develop. We'll support your training and ASE certifications along the way.

• Monday–Friday, first shift, so your evenings and weekends remain your own.
