Release Train Engineer – Azure / AKSOur direct client is looking for a hands-on Release Train Engineer with strong Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps, and infrastructure experience. This is a technical role for someone who can get into the engineering details while also coordinating releases and working across development, architecture, security, and operations teams.
What our client is looking for:Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and kubectl in production environmentsStrong Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions experience building YAML-based CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Terraform or Bicep and infrastructure-as-codeStrong understanding of Azure networking, REST APIs, DNS, TLS, ingress, load balancing, Key Vault, RBAC, and managed identitiesExperience troubleshooting deployments, containers, networking, authentication, and API performance issuesExperience with production releases, monitoring, incident response, rollback procedures, and root-cause analysisStrong communication skills with xzbcwsv the ability to coordinate across technical teams and business stakeholders
Nice to have:Azure, Kubernetes, or Azure DevOps certificationsAzure API Management and private AKS networkingWorkload identity and disaster recovery experiencePrometheus/Grafana or similar monitoring toolsExperience in financial services or another regulated environmentSAFe/RTE or Release on Demand experience
