We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with extensive experience in SAP FICO ECC and SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring financial processes and a proven track record of successfully managing ECC to S/4 HANA migrations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling modules, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP FICO solutions in both ECC and S/4 HANA environments.

Manage end-to-end migration processes from ECC to S/4 HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial processes and system enhancements.

Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Stay updated on SAP FICO developments and industry trends to continuously improve system performance and user experience.

Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Mandatory Skills:

Extensive experience with SAP FICO, including configuration and implementation.

Proven experience in ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects.

Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

10-15 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting.

SAP certification in FICO is highly desirable.

Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
