Job Title: Tax Preparer / Reviewer (US Taxation)

Experience: 3+ Years in US Taxation

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift (US Shift): 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST

Compensation: As per experience & skillset

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Preparer/Reviewer with hands-on experience in U.S. taxation to support accurate and timely tax compliance and filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and/or review U.S. tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, etc.)
• Analyze financial data and supporting documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, etc.)
• Perform basic tax computations including depreciation, estimates, and adjustments
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to firm standards
• Identify discrepancies and escalate for review
• Assist with extensions, amendments, and compliance tasks
• Maintain organized workpapers and documentation

Tools & Software: UltraTax, ProConnect, Lacerte, Drake (preferred)

Requirements:

• 3+ year experience in U.S. Taxation
• Strong understanding of tax concepts & compliance
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
