Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Corporate Banking and Quality Engineering to lead end-to-end testing initiatives across multiple banking projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in test management, automation strategy, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery execution.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager capacity. Must have spent the last 4–5 years managing multiple Corporate Banking testing projects, with hands-on exposure to Corporate Internet Banking and Corporate Payments. Strong functional experience across one or more of the following: Corporate Internet Banking Corporate Payments Host-to-Host (H2 H) Integrations API Banking Cash Management Trade Finance (preferred) Proven expertise in: Test effort estimation Test strategy and planning Test execution governance Risk and dependency management Test metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communication Strong understanding and practical application of QA processes, methodologies, defect management, and quality governance. Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing automation strategy, with active involvement in automation project delivery within the last 2 years, including driving adoption, delivery, and measurable ROI. Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with tools such as JIRA for test and defect management. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.

Preferred

Experience working in GCC banking environments. Exposure to Trade Finance and other Corporate Banking products. Willingness to travel internationally based on project requirements.
