We’re Hiring | Program Manager – Space118 Art Foundation

Space118 Art Foundation is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Mumbai.

The role involves working closely with artists, clients, production teams and internal staff, while supporting the research, organisation and execution of Space118’s programmes and Fundraiser exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and support the development of Fundraiser exhibitions
• Manage the day-to-day requirements of the Fundraiser, including coordination with artists, clients and sales-related activities
• Catalogue and document Space118, Space118 Fundraiser, Saloni Doshi Collection and related exhibitions using Artlogic
• Handle daily email correspondence with artists, clients and other stakeholders
• Support social media content creation, mailers and website updates
• Organise and coordinate events, including working with carpenters, painters and other production teams
• Liaise with artists, clients and staff and support day-to-day office administration

Key Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Functional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong memory and ability to manage multiple tasks
• An interest in and enthusiasm for organising events and working within the arts

Experience & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Prior experience in arts administration, project management, galleries, cultural organisations or related fields would be an advantage
