You will coordinate asset data, model quality checks and supporting evidence across discipline teams, acting as the central point of coordination for a package of assets as it moves towards review and acceptance. Responsibilities include maintaining asset records, validating naming conventions, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to confirm models are updated and ready for review. The individual supports model quality checks, data validation, clash detection, and report generation while maintaining trackers and managing rework cycles based on review feedback. They perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage, create and maintain clash test matrices and search sets, analyze clashes, and coordinate resolutions with design teams. The role also involves producing Clash Detection Reports (CDRs), maintaining clash registers, supporting federated model reviews and coordination workshops, and escalating key issues to the BIM Manager to ensure smooth project delivery.
