Carle Health is seeking a full-time Medical Tech to support high-quality, community-focused care. In this role, you will perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests, process and analyze specimens, and ensure accurate, timely results that guide clinical decisions. You will operate and maintain laboratory equipment, follow strict quality and safety protocols, and document results in the laboratory information system. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you’ll partner with physicians and nurses, contribute to continuous improvement, and grow professionally through ongoing training and development.
