Job Title: Rendering 320 Cooker Operator – 3rd Shift  

Monday- Friday 10:00pm- 6:30am

Weekends & Overtime as needed 

Location: Edinburg , VA Protein Conversion

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the 320 cooker and related rendering equipment.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, and production rates.
• Make process adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Complete production records and operational checks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.

Education and Experience Requirements:  

High school diploma preferred but not required.  

Qualifications:

• Industrial manufacturing or rendering experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in hot, noisy environments and climb stairs/platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.

• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.  
• Must have an excellent attendance and work record.
• Valid Driver's License

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

· Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

· Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

·401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

· Base hourly range of $20.95
