We are Hiring for Strategic Sales Consultant - Digital Transformation (Hybrid) with a leading IT Business Solutions company

Role :- Strategic Sales Consultant - Digital Transformation & Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions

Location: India (Hybrid)

Market Coverage: India & APAC Region

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Digital Transformation and Sustainable

Infrastructure consulting services.

• Identify and develop opportunities with Government bodies, Smart City authorities, PSUs, infrastructure developers, and enterprises.

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders including government officials, CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, and technology partners.

• Drive consulting engagements from opportunity identification through proposal development and contract closure.

• Develop business pipelines across:

- Smart Cities & Urban Transformation

- Government Digital Transformation

- Digital Twin & AI Solutions

- IoT & Smart Infrastructure

- Sustainable Development & ESG Solutions

- Intelligent Transportation Systems

- Industrial Digitalization

• Support preparation of RFPs, EOIs, proposals, presentations, and strategic business cases.

• Establish partnerships with technology companies, system integrators, consultants, and ecosystem partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-15 years of experience in Strategic Sales, Consulting Sales, Digital Transformation, IT Solutions, Infrastructure Consulting, or Government Projects.

• Proven experience in selling technology-enabled consulting solutions.

• Strong understanding of Smart Cities, Digital Government, Sustainability, AI, IoT, or emerging technologies.

• Existing relationships with Government, Infrastructure, Enterprise, or Technology sectors will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and develop new markets.
