Role Description The Assistant Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves supporting the design team in creating visual assets for branding, marketing materials, packaging, and digital channels. Daily tasks include developing layouts, assisting in logo and identity design, preparing artwork for print and online use, and refining graphics based on feedback. The Assistant Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation and maintain organized design files and documentation. The role also includes staying updated on design trends and tools to help improve the visual quality of company communications. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, visually appealing layouts. Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of cohesive brand identities. Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including selecting and applying typefaces that enhance readability and brand style. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar tools) is beneficial. A Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback are important. Effective time management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in New Delhi in a team-oriented environment.
